Stephen Crow, a National Color Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems, has been practicing hair for over 25 years. In that time, Crow has worked as a stylist, educator, mentor and salon owner in the Treasure Valley of Eastern Oregon. Salon Salon and the Spa, a JPMS FOCUS SALON, as become the hub of hair and spa culture in this region, catapulting Crow into newer and higher levels of education, creativity and opportunity within the industry.
